So I’ve heard a good many questions and theories about Hikusaak floating around since III came out. Is Hikusaak a he or a she? Are Luc and Sasarai his lookalikes, or did their Runes or the process itself choose their appearance, and is Hikusaak blond-haired and blue eyed? Is he/she alive or dead? What does he/she want with the True Runes

It is my opinion that Hikusaak is the ruler more through the church than the customs, and thus looks exactly like Sasarai--or rather, Sasarai looks exactly like him. Perhaps the color-caste is his way of dissuading others from his appearance so that he may sneak among the people and control them from there--I believe he goes as himself when masked, etc. Alive, well, and meddling, yup.

His goal, connected to the Circle Rune, is to expand until only one will is ruling the world, because he believes that order comes from that. It is at odds with Pesmerga--single-mindedness is not necessarily order--but at odds with Yuber as well. I think this explains Harmonia's precarious position.

This raises an interesting question to me that's semi-topic related and specific to your fanon. ^^ Since Sasarai looks like Hikusaak because he cloned himself, why does Orosi look like Sasarai? Unless I misunderstood, wouldn't he look like Dios because he was made from True Fire and Dios-bits?

The organic material--flesh etc--came from the comatose Dios, but the impetus and image (dna etc.) which overrode the fleshly compulsion, are all Sasarai. Think of it as filling a frame with papier mache. Orosi is a clone of Sasarai--I believe the ritual only applies to the Self--but the matter had to come from somewhere. It's just infused with a different energy.

And yes, I believe that Hikusaak used bodies to infuse with his own essence to create Luc and Sasarai.
