Tales from Batshit County, SEASON 2
I'm working at the planetarium summer camp again! This year, I'm teaching an astronomy themed camp and a chemistry themed camp. This week has been going remarkably smoothly; for some reason we have only three kids (12-18 is more typical.) No madness yet, but here is an exchange I heard this morning that made me smile:
Kid 1: I saw the cops pull over a foreign guy on the way to camp this morning!
Kid 2: Why would they pull him over for being foreign?
Kid 1: Maybe he was using the metric system and driving in kilometers instead of miles.
