AND THUSLY, A CHARACTER WAS INSTANTLY MADE.

He's...a Tsutaaja.

He's a shaman/witch doctor/mystic/call-it-what-you-want, same thing.

He's RIDICULOUSLY ENTHUSASTIC.

He sounds like he's trying to be Yoda.

That kind of sums him up.
