Hello Yet again.  I have been doing alot of reading this weekend and i was just rereading a great Canon AU called Due Supression by CylenDelMar.   In this story Mary is evil women who blackmails Watson into marrying her.  I was wondering if anyone knows of other stories where Mary is not nice and sweet, but trouble for John and Sherlock. The Progress of Sherlock Holmes by ivyblossom is perfect for your request. It's long, plotty, gorgeous BBC verse storytelling, with a pining Sherlock and a cheating Mary, and, as requested, a happy slashy ending, though it takes time to get there.

AfroGeekGoddess's After Life series is a BBC fic during Sherlock's years away and after his return that involves a deceitful and dark Mary. The third story is still being posted (a chapter went up last night) but I believe it will resolve happily.

I had actually read and forgotten about The Progress of Sherlock Holmes. Thanks for the reminder.

I don't remember seeing the Afte Life Series. I will have to check it out.

Let's Make a Bed Out in the Room contains a cheating Mary, but its more focused on John getting over her. And there is some lovely slash. :)

Oh that was so heartbreakingly wonderful. Sherlock and John were so wonderfully angsty. It was great.
