So....there is a 12 day Culinary Arts study trip to China during our break this June and July. I received a call advising me I am one of those selected to attend, and have completed all my paperwork and arranged the financing end of the deal. Since it is receiving school study credits, I am able to put all but the deposit in my tuition package. All I have left to do is renew my passport and get the visa.
