"Cross my Heart, Smack me Dead, Stick a Dalek on my Head."

First of all...announcement. I can now finally say that I have indeed fallen prey to this thing called "fanfiction." Yes, people. I was probably the only one on the interwebs not doing it, but suddenly I have seen the light and this timorous beastie has captivated me now more than ever before.

Like I'm reading them now, and enjoying them, and laughing at the bad ones, and seeing the good ones effect me, and soon *GASP* I shall even be asking for recs!!! What has happened to me?????

Anyroad...Flist, you're totally exploding with the SGA talk! And you rightly should be. Huge news, imo. So keep the chatter going. :)

Thanks to
foreverseenstar we now have confirmation in image form that Rachel Luttrell is indeed "with child" and that is the reason for Teyla's state of being preggersnant in S4.

Ok. So this means it's not a one-shot kinda story which is interesting. And it can't be a magic baby like Adria, right? And it probably won't be something cool like this here pitch: "Teyla and Ronon get a little tips on Athosian mead one night after a mission and fool around while sparring at the gym." So I'm going with another pitch:  "Teyla stumbles onto Michael. Like literally... Then she magically gets pregnant." And some Ancient device is probably involved somehow. Or some experiment. Oh boy...I'm kinda fearing where this is going. As long as she doesn't sing, and she gets more clothing, then it's all good.

Also, thank you Rachel Luttell for getting knocked up for that means that horrendous "McKay is a daddy" plot did not come to fruition. Because it's wrong. It's just wrong. Ew.

Personally I love having Joe Mallozzi be totally into his blog, because he feeds us so much info on the production of the season that I feel like I'm part of it. Even if he's sometimes a cryptic ass. Or just an ass in general. I wish Martin Gero would have a blog.

Now swinging to a completely different fandom...
ponderous77, I do believe I owe you this:

I believe their expressions say it best: "Homes...You got a, uh, a Dalek on your head! FTW!"
