Waiting for someone to put you together, waiting for someone to push you away
Ugh what a boring day.
Work was boring, as per usual, I cleared out Jack's drawers to get ready to move to his desk. It was like clearing out an old dead man's belongings. Everyone obviously noticed I was uncomfortable doing it, because they started making jokes about him only being gone for a few days and I was already jumping into his place. Hmpf. Jo had a moment, because following the cancellation of our previously planned Christmas party, me and Lesley decided to go somewhere else, and she went nuts and said she didn't want to be involved. Which is actually a good thing. Can't have her being all psycho at people. Ugh.
After work I came home and had some numnums (hmmm Quorn Shepherds Pie. It's actually really nice.), then I trundled off to the gym, where I couldnt do the rowing machines for more than two minutes coz the back of the foot stirrup thingy was rubbing my blistered foot. But I worked my ass off, had a shower then came home.
Also, it looks as though I'll be going to the We Love Infected thing in London this weekend, due to people dropping out etc. I feel a little more comfortable going with Aaron & Adam instead of letting them try and roam London by themselves.
Can't wait for another 17 days to go by, I have a few days off in aid of Claire coming to Norwich. Will be nice to have a break from work ;_;. Under 2 months til my holiday though now. Yippeeee.
