(no subject)
So... I haven't written in here in soooo long. I just wanted to jot a quick note about how amazing and huge God is.
Each year, it seems that God reveals Himself to me in yet another way that I wouldn't have imagined. This year started by being led to do Catalyst, even though I totally couldn't afford to work less and pay out more money. It's amazing how in just being faithful to God, he truly provides everything. I have less stress with bills and money than I did before, because God has provided through multiple facets. I couldn't be more in awe. It's amazing and I'm soooo thankful.
Other ways God continually shows Himself to me is through other people... He places people in my life that are exactly what I need, or exactly what I've always wanted... or both. It's crazy. For years I've really wanted someone that would be honest with me, would challenge me, and would turn me back to the Word and God for all decisions. I feel like He's totally provided that and given me insight, strength, faith, and wisdom that I otherwise would've been without. He brought back the most loyal girl friends anyone could want... ones that love you whether they agree with you or not, the ones that want to share in your joy AND in your pain. Amazing. And a new opportunity... with things that are so specific it can't be denied that God's hand is in it. Wow. Now if I can just stay focused on God with all of these things.. there's no stopping them.
