Mother's Day Present

The Goblet of Fire coverage: that's my mother's day present. More later.

Auditioned many babies for Grease today. The TruWest decided to audition; announced he'd like to do it again tomorrow. He was the youngest boy, and second youngest child there.

Lots of drama at home; Mom (don't have a mom's day gift for her; think I'll take her out tomorrow for brunch prior to going to see Jekyll and Hyde)-came home to her sputtering about how I hadn't paid the Time magazine bill ($12 a year, yes, It was paid at least 6 months ago, have no idea why she thinks it-same reason she believes I'm not paying any of the bills and swears the creditors call her all the time. Makes me wonder what the conversations are like with the folks who do call). Need to burn twigs and yard waste tomorrow and then build the stage model. Ah, a 4 day weekend.

The Trailer.

The opening age progression of the 3 children is surprisingly moving, and there's a large dose of very real triangle forshadowing and teenage angst derived from the shots they show.
