How irritating. It seems as if this infernal cuff has been causing numerous problems for various residents here, including myself. Suffice to say, I'm far from amused by this issue, although I will say one thing on the matter--
It was due to the foolish desire to overload the system that this occurred. Nothing more, nothing less; it may sound brutal, but I highly doubt that enabling people to fight would be beneficial, even if it could potentially allow people to escape.
