This is it, everyone.
Within twelve hours I will either be sterile or dead from complications in surgery.
I barely slept last night for the alternating combination of nightmares and panic attacks & am thus exhausted, I haven't eaten since midnight and am not allowed to until surgery is over, and I am positively scared shitless right now.
