recording #3, aka the best one of the three
Here's the last of my three recordings.
It's "Slow Dancing in a Burning Room" by John Mayer (of course), and I arranged it for bassoon quartet. It's performed by 3/4 of my Continuum Quartet, minus me, so Jordan doubled on his part as well as mine. This arrangement is definitely my favorite one, since it's one of my favorite John Mayer songs ever.

GUTTER.
Paper Route's "Gutter" video. Just premiered today. I love it. It's creative, and though it's obvious it cost next to nothing, I still think it's waaaaay better than most videos I've seen as of late. Also, I adore Andy Smith. Such a cutie. And a super nice guy.
So, what I'm saying is...GO WATCH IT NOWWWW! Thank me later, friends. :) -
Up in the Stars
As Kyle and I were watching an E! show on the cutest child stars, one day a while back, he wondered aloud why people put celebrities up on such high pedestals. This provoked me to think, wondering:
Why do we idolize celebrities? Why do we make them seem so much higher up than we are, more important, when in reality, they are no better?

i absolutely love this music video. LOL. it's been around a while, but man, brad paisley's music videos are pretty much the only ones i actually like. and i'm not even a country music fan. go figure.
