Anyway... What have I been upto over the past month...? This and that, more that than this...
* Joe and I are good. We're coping well with the distance (I think..!) In fact, I'm going to Manchester on Saturday to see him. Should be fun! Hehe, I can't wait. We went to Matlock a couple of weeks ago. It was great, although I nearly vomited in the cable car. *shudders* I don't like heights.
* I'm putting Merlin out on loan. That means that basically someone else will be looking after/riding him/paying for him etc... But I'm still his owner. I've decided on a 13 year old girl. Might be a mistake, but I think she's the best out of the four that tried him. She's crazy about horses, so that's a good thing. She kind of reminds me of myself when I was that age. *sighs* It's going to be hard when he goes. I'll die. Actually die. But it's for the best...
* I am definately going to Uni next year. Am currently in the process of applying (you lying bitch, you haven't even been on the UCAS website yet!) Soon. Very soon. I need to start saving...
* Work is ok. I'm now trained as a driver, so I can do more jobs which means more overtime = cash, baby!
* I'm skint. Still.
* I had my first accident on Tuesday. I was just driving merrily along the road at a safe 30mph when the local nutter (a crazy German who dresses in orange camoflage) stands in the middle of the road, trying to cross. I look at him, the car in front of me brakes and BAM. I end up skidding into the back of it. Luckily I was fine, and so was the woman in front. I was crying and shaking. I'm amazed I managed to drive home! It scared me. I'd forgotten how dangerous cars can be... My dad said not to worry; cars can be replaced. People can't. I could easily be lying on a slab in the morgue right now. Kinda scary thought. My car's gonna cost a fortune to repair. It needs a new starter motor, (I'm picking it up 2moro from ze garage, yay!) a new bonnet, a new headlight, a new front right wing. Luckily, my sister's boyfriend works in a body repair centre. Hopefully, he's gonna fix it this weekend, so if Satan loves me then I'll get back from Manchester and there'll be a shiny new car waiting for me.
I'm gonna run away now.
