Here's all of the relevant parts of what Cashie actually wrote, in context, as excerpted from her Aug. 31 LiveJournal entry (italics added by me:

I already know what the whole happy anarchy part is though when it comes down to it it is impossible to work. the problem will always be people, happyness and peace in the world is just a hopeful thought.

Anarchism has worked and has thrived, and people have done it.

In Russia during the Lenin years it was in Kuzzbass.
In spain, it was all over the country during the 1930's.

Sadly, i don't believe you understand Anarchism or the history behind it, the problem is, a lack of historical understanding.

Most contempory "anarchists", especially in the current punk scene, hold views that are surprisingly socialist in nature.

It kinda reminds of how anyone that is willing to call themselves a nihilist doesn't really understand nihilism.

most "anarcho punks" aren't anarchists, simply followers of a specific genre of music and do more damage to anarchisms already horrible reputation.
