So I have been extremely busy. It's just been so crazy at the hospital and I haven't had time to do anything but work and sleep. I read a few graphic novels but not much because I've just been so wiped. It's almost the weekend, I just have to get through class tomorrow. Who knew the last year of college would be so tiring.
So I've decided that The Prestige was a pretty great movie. I mean as much as I knew the ending since I read the book I kind of tried to block out that knowledge and pretend to be oblivious. It wasn't too much of a stretch lol. It made me LOVE Hugh Jackman and Christian Bale more. I think I liked seeing Christian in a semi-darker character. Speaking of Christian and Batman does anyone else find it weird that Heath Ledger is going to play The Joker in the next Batman movie because I definitely am a little unsure about that whole thing. I mean I like Heath and he's done some great stuff but The Joker? Idk. Anyway The Prestige is a definite must see, I mean it even Michael Caine and David Bowie.
So what else? I bought the new printing of From Hell today and if you have not read that book you HAVE TO! It is amazing especially in terms of being historical and fully researched. Besides Alan Moore rules.
Oh yes, so my roommate Sarah and I have decided to go see MC Lars in NYC Dec. 18th. So if anyone wants to come and just hang, tickets are only 12 bucks. It'll be a fun day to hang in the city before Christmas.
I wish I had something more exciting and thought provoking to share but my life revolves around internship right now. Maybe by the end of the weekend I'll be more interesting. :)
