Chili Anyone?
So this weekend has been kind of crazy. I went to see the Red Hot Chili Peppers concert last night and it was really great. Although, the opening band (The Mars Volta) SUCKED so much. I found this really odd because I've always heard such great things about them but I half the audience was standing in the lobby eating food because the music was so bad. It was pretty sad. Then The Peppers were late due to weather so they didn't go on until 10:15 which was worth the wait because they played continuously for two hours without talking. I mean in a way the whole not interacting with the crowd may not have been the best thing but it was one of those shows that was hard not to get into and have fun because the whole crowd was having so much fun. Then again the fact that half of the crowd was high as a kite may have helped.
The kid behind us was like doing a jig and lighting up every 5 minutes. The smell was absolutely disgusting.
Today my roomies and I went to Salem which definitely put me in a Halloween mood. People were dressed up, it was pretty cool. We just kind of walked around and hung out.
Going to see The Prestige tomorrow. I can't wait. HUGH JACKMAN AND CHRISTIAN BALE !!!!!
