it incosistently eats my tabs, which is annoying when I'm trying to send bloody fucking patches. It used to listen to me when I told it plain text mode, but now it would appear that its decided that tab to fixnum spaces is perfectly acceptable. except it isn't. anyways I think this calls for sleep :-)
