(no subject)
I deeply apologize for the dead silence around these parts, I have been busy panicking over my Sci-Fi Big Bang and also house-sitting for cats. /o\ It was a little extra exciting this time, because one of the cats decided it was time to show me her hunting skills. Which, okay, I don't really like to spend a cool summer's eve disposing of a mostly dead mouse, but I have to say I infinitely prefer it to chasing a very alive mouse around the bedroom at four-thirty in the morning. Thanks, cat!
... after that I started locking the cat door before going to bed. She can do her hunting in the evenings if she absolutely must.
Anyway, that is now all done with and I am sad to have no cats to sleep on the bed and poke at my face in the morning when they want breakfast, but ah well.
