ATTN: chibizel and lemone! Do you want to hang out this Sunday, too? Because that can be arranged, otherwise I'll probably stay up here in the mountains with the cat and keep playing Bioshock/restart Mass Effect. XD
Anyway, other than Bioshock/travel/helping at the bookstore/having a miserable cold, I haven't been up to much - but hey, Yuletide reveals happened! So I can finally share that I wrote Waking for galerian-ash in a fandom that was actually new to me, Cyborg 009 (1979 show). Getting acquainted with the series was a lot of fun, and so was writing the fic, so although it was kind of a risk offering something I hadn't seen - totally worked out in the end. \o/ Now to hunt down all the other versions of the series, mwahahaha...
Bioshock has been going swimmingly, and by "swimmingly" I mean "OH GODS EVERYTHING'S AWFUL AND I HATE FRANK FONTAINE." I love playing, though, and while I do still owe it to myself to play Mass Effect next - I heard that in Bioshock 2 you get to play as a Big Daddy and DO WANT. SO MUCH WANT. I JUST WANT TO BE A GIGANTIC WALKING DIVING SUIT OF DEATH SAVING CREEPY LITTLE GIRLS, OKAY, IS THAT SO WRONG. ... well, when I put it like that maybe it does sound a little wrong. Oops.
