i leave for school a week from tomorrow. yikes. lots to do in a short amount of time with a ton of that time already consumed by work...fun!
quick update-
brown recluse spiders ARE in MN and can lead to multi-resistant staff infections. fyi.
possums live in my neighborhood and are really slow moving.
i found carpet for my room (6' x 8'!) for super cheap and it's being shipped to a BBB store in Washington.
my mom and i are going to make a duvet cover for my bed because i'm terrible at making decisions...still no luck on finding soft twin xl sheets-if you've found any that are 300 count or higher, please let me know. i'm terribly picky and spoiled rotten with my soft sheets at home.
lucy, my 8-year-old, told me i can't marry zac efron because ryan loves me. dang. i'm kind of obsessed. and am going to do whatever it takes to find a TV on the 17th when high school musical 2 comes out. pathetic? no no.
ryan's going out of town for a day or two the first weekend i get back, so basically that means i get his room to myself and get to hang out with his housemates (i am really close with a couple of the girls) and am oddly enough excited for this...don't get me wrong, i'm looking forward to seeing him, i just think it's amusing that he's leaving me in his house, but it will give me time to get organized and find my x number of boxes that are stashed somewhere in his house...along with 20 other people's boxes and various things. ooftah.
i'm excited to see people who are getting home this weekend before i leave and to pack and make the most of my last week here in MN. i really am going to miss it more than last year i think. don't get me wrong, i love school and my friends there, but i love my home too. can't explain it.
"i think i just had an apostrophe!" "do you mean an epiphany?" tehe. that was much needed last night. glad i still have high school friends who i'm close enough with to lean on when i need them.
okay. sleepy time. i want to sleep in past 8 some time soon...sad day.
