Meandering and Music in Massillon

Downtown, they have this elevator-esque music playing from speakers on buildings and in bushes. All the time. It's creepy at first, then sort of nice as you walk down the street, but I think it goes back to creepy after a while

It could be like having your very own theme song though, which I might add is far from creepy and much more exciting in my opinion. Though I will say I was very disturbed the first time I heard the music as well, it was coming from the traffic light. Startling, yes. Needless to say, I looked like a complete idiot for a good minute as I looked around trying to figure out what was making the noise.
