I believe that a civilized society should not use death penalty, it's an act of murder best reserved for situations of chaos where it is no longer just an act of punishment, but of necessity, to bring the situation back under control. What happened at Richmond sounds like chaos to me. I hope that California still have the chair, they took enjoyment out of her gangrape, their execution should be broadcasted for entertainment and the profits should be given to the victim in reparation.
