The moment I heard the detail that Annie Le was strangled, I guessed "attempt rape", and that was already something I've been guessing the moment she went missing.
Raymond Clark is only a suspect now, but;
a) In 2003, Clark's high school girlfriend told police she wanted to break up with him but was scared of what he might do., ""She stated that she had been having a sexual relationship with [Clark] and that at one time [Clark] did force her to have sex with him. The relationship did continue after that incident; however, she is unsure of what he may do as a result of the breakup."
b)He was in an Asian Awareness Club in High School
I was guessing it was a sex-related killing because Annie Le was young pretty and an Asian. That's like saying "I'll be right back" in a horror movie, except it's Real Life and it's not anything you chose to do at all that means you are At Risk.
