Lily- Great. Hey, can you see if there's any opening in the medical wing? Cox told me otherwise, but apparently he was lying about everything else he told me. -Cristina

Er, that would actually be up to Madame Nutter. If you owl her, though, she should be able to let you know if she needs anyone.
And Perry's not a liar. He's more a ... purveyor of his own brand of selective truth. He tends, like a lot of blokes (or people in general), to see things a certain way and then has a hard time reconciling how he believes things are with how other people might view them. He's a complicated man. But he's not a liar.

No, he's... Look, you know how some people are incredibly focused? No matter what they're pursuing, they go after it with some deep, dogged passion, yeah? Well, Perry is like that. And he's quite used to things being a certain way. He's used to dealing with things in a set pattern. So that's how he sees the world - through the view of pursuing his goal, of what he's accustomed to. But things are different here. And he's adjusting; but it's happening in degrees. Like most people do. I don't know of many who could step into a completely different situation and immediately reconcile their own way of thinking with the new, do you?

I think that it might keep you Doctors a bit saner than the rest of us, but being thrust into a magic school can't be something they prepare you for at University.
Oh, this is perfect, mate, thank you!
If you ever need anything or want to get a drink, just owl me.

Yeah, I definitely know how that is. You'd think a doctor would be used to unexpected shit, but I guess even that gets routine after awhile.
