Raenef - Demon Diary

A young blond boy appears in the Sorting Room, looking decidedly confused. He looks around, puzzled, for a few minutes before appearing to dismiss the problem, gaining a big, friendly smile and picking up the application.

"Hi, I'm Raenef. Nice to meet you."

"How do you kill the people who go into your castle without asking?" Gogo asks, curious.

[greatandscary]

"With a magic spell. Not that I've actually done it yet. Only the one person has actually done it, and she convinced me that it would be better to employ her to take the place of the guards she killed on the way in instead."

Gogo had been about to comment on the pointlessness of not killing the intruder after all, but then she thinks about it. "If she managed to kill them all... that makes sense. Is she very good, or were they very stupid?"

"She's a Sword Master. Not that I knew that at the time, but yeah. She is very good. And the guards were dragon like things called Crusaders, summoned creatures. I'm not actually sure how bright they are."

Well, most of that meant absolutely nothing to Gogo. "A sword master?" She considers. "I'd like to kill one of those things one day. It sounds interesting."

Is...really quite taken aback. "But...why?"

[manriki_chan]

"To see if I'd be able to. And I like killing things." She says this last part as if she's telling someone something really very obvious.

[greatandscary]

"Oh." Well, honesty was usually considered a good thing, and she certainly didn't look like she was joking. "Well, if you find one that's called Erutis, could you not kill her please? She's my friend."

"Alright," Gogo says easily, as if she actually asked people their names before killing them. "Which house do you want to go to?"

[greatandscary]

"From what Rumpleteazer said, Hufflepuff sounds nice. Is there anything I offered that you'd like as a bribe?"

[manriki_chan]

Gogo smiles at that. "Hufflepuff's the best house. I'm one of the Prefects. And... you said you weren't really sure what your offerings are, though, didn't you?" Gogo assumes that by 'offerings', Raenef means something along the lines of the protection money that O-Ren received from businesses across Tokyo.

"I don't look all the time, but its usually stuff like jewels or gold. I think the last lot was mostly jewels."
