I believe we have made each other's acquaintance a few times now, at least two of which occurred under not-so-ideal circumstances. I am writing to ask if you would mind answering a simple question for me: Do you or do you not harbour any intentions to kill, hurt, or otherwise damage my best mate, James Potter? Also, do you harbour any intentions to kill, hurt, or otherwise damage any other of my mates, including my other best mate, Remus Lupin; my godson, Harry Potter; his girlfriend, Ginny Weasley; and his friends Ron Weasley and Hermione Granger? I imagine you would harbour no intentions to harm your own best friend's boyfriend, but it doesn't hurt to ask. These are all people I care about a great deal.
