Open RP (most of all to Chase, though)
After spending his time kissing Primavera and otherwise spending his time realizing just how utterly lovely she was, Victor decided that he wanted to let the rest of the world know just how much he liked her. So he wandered out of the small room, swaying a bit as he walked, and smile a bit fuzzy around the edges as he muttered to himself about neon tubing and the correct chemicals to get the brightest pink. He wanted to create a monument to her beauty on the lawn in front of the castle, where Primavera would be able to see it if she looked out her window.
