Experiments and Propositions ((NSFW, closed RP Yukimura and Kuronue))
Yukimura considered for a while just how and where to show his newly acquired skill to his lover. For some reason, the room just didn't feel like the right place, the bare candles not fitting in with his more traditional Japanese decor. It would be too obvious. But, a change of scenery wasn't unheard of between them. He paced the hallways around the Room of Requirement for a while, thinking and making sure no one else was in it.
He also wanted Kuronue to be receptive to the rest of what he wanted to propose-being the 'prize' in an archery match between him and V and being willing to meet with the vampire. He knew his lover well enough that he had to tread carefully about the fact that he had needed help to walk to the Great Hall after allowing V to drink from him. But, if he was diplomatic enough, and he was sure he could be-it was his life, his job.
He sent a note to his lover and went in. The room accommodated him well. Along the wall, sconces with bare candles flickered. A four-post bed was in the center with tables on the sides, both holding three armed candlesticks, dark red candles flickering in them. The rest of the room was lost in flickering shadows, the walls only obvious because the sconces were on it. Above the bed, a candelabra flickered, thirty candles casting light over the bed. Yukimura walked around the bed, noting rings in each of the posts and in the drawer of both tables, lengths of rope waited.
He changed into a simple black yukata with a golden obi while he waited for Kuronue to join him.
