Evil Clown Alert: Code Blue. (Owls for Stephen, Dumbledore, and Homsar)

It has come to my attention that a student on campus - going by the name 'Sylar' - has been attacking students in an apparent attempt to access their brains.
I fear that this is a new and deeply disturbing plot by the Evil Clowns, in a quest to find a place to lay their eggs and provide a food source for the hatchlings. Only 'powerful' students seem to be of interest to Sylar, which fits in with the theory - the better the student, the better their brains, the better the nutrition for new clowns.
Of course, we must immediately band together to find a way of combating this. I've assigned Sylar a week's worth of detentions for his actions - I am more than willing to have him serve time with each of you for observational purposes, or perhaps you will all join me for a few of the nights. In any case, this is a new prong of attack and we must be vigilant.
