Sam didn't bother knocking on Dean's door, given he knew what the idiot was doing and would end up explaining for the umpteenth time that he wasn't about to go completely evil anytime soon he didn't think.

"There's been a series of unexplained deaths that local medical examiners in a town not far down the road from Hogsmeade are calling hypothermia, but as usual, that seems to be total bullshit."
