They're vehicles - they fly through the air and you ride on them. Pretty common in Haven City.

He can't help but smile, able to sympathise with the man in his own way. It isn't a girlfriend, but his occasionally overbearing younger sister that keeps Kouneru in line. "Secret's safe with me, I assure you. I'm Kouneru, by the way. I'd say you're a good candidate for Gryffindor. What do you think?"
