Dr. Robert Chase: House M.D.

1. What is your favorite cheese? Why is it your favorite?
I'd have to say American cheese is the best, though House might bust me for that calling me British.

2. Who would you kill first, Barney or Carrottop?
Probably Carrottop. That guy is really annoying. And he should dye his hair. He looks like a idiot with red hair.

3. What time is it ( Read more... )

application, robert chase

I should be interested in a keen scalpel. May I see them?

*takes out some scalpels and hands them to you* I never got your name, sir.

((Sorry it took me so long to respond.))

My name is Maturin, and I too am a physician, though I do not work here in that capacity, save when students seek medical remedies they do not wish to ask Mistress Nutter about. I am potions master here at Hogwarts.

*examines the scalpels* These will do quite well. For my part, then, I shall give you the vote you require.

Thank you, and I'll contact you if I need any potions Mr. Maturin. So, is this place OK, or crazy and OK, or just crazy?

Tha~~t depends. What kind of doctor are you?

Although, if you were in med school for eight years, I'm gonna go ahead and guess something like 'uselessologist.'

Eight years does seem rather long.

But, gosh, Doc, he's offering up cotton swabs, I mean, how can we resist?

*amused* Forgive the intrusion, sir, but perhaps eight years of medical school has served to make him an expert on the dispensation of cotton swabs? *archly* Cotton swab distribution could very well be an extraordinarily taxing enterprise.

*with a friendly smile* Hallo, sir. Elizabeth Bennet. I am quite pleased to meet you. May I inquire after the acquaintances you mentioned in your application? A House and a Cameron?

Well, House is my boss (you know, the manipulative son-of-a-bitch with the cane? You might've seen him). And Cameron is my peer. Ah. She's kind of... obsessed with morals..... and people that have physical or emotional "injuries".

*with a momentary cringe at the language, then another friendly smile* I believe I have seen Mr. House. He was drinking with one of my, I am sorry to say, acquaintances, Mr. Darcy.

I cannot see how Miss Cameron would get... ah... psycho, though, over paperwork.

Well, my other colleague, Dr. Foreman, did the same paper as her on experimental surgery. Cameron gave the paper to House first but House read Foreman's first. So, Cameron sort of ticked off if you don't read her papers now.

Chiana smirked at the new applicant. "Nice accent."

((My god, I love your user name. Also, dunno how familiar with Farscape you are, but it was filmed in Australia and so most of the cast, Chiana included, have at least a hint of an accent. Feel free to use that info if you want.))

"Thanks."

((So, basically what you're telling me is you have an Australian accent.))

((Was just letting you know I wouldn't consider it godmodding if Chase noticed it. Whatever's good.))

"So, doctor. Ever examine a Nebari before?" She grins salaciously. "And would you like to?"

Fuck cotton swabs. Can you get me a rib spreader?

pompous_wombat November 24 2006, 01:05:44 UTC
How about some scalpels? I can definately get my hands on those.

waste_lock November 24 2006, 01:09:38 UTC
I have scalpels. Doctors are a dime a dozen around here, if you hadn't noticed.
