I LOVE MATT
So today was the first day of college. It was allright.
Matt picked me up at around 11:00 and we went to Lakeside to get a shirt for me for the dragster team uniform. It sucks that they didn't have the shirt in the section that i wanted. but oh well?
We got to school and parked in the parking garage. Meghan had a problem with her car and called matt to check it out. we did that.
I went to my first class (psychology). had a tiny bit of confusion, but it was fine. saw 4 regina girls from my senior class there.
It turns out guys are at the school too. weird to go to school with guys when i haven't since 8th grade.
Got out of my first class over an hour early. so i had a long time to wait to go to the next class. i explored the building of my next class a bit, went to the bathroom like 3 times, looked at notes from the previous class, people-watched, waited. Went to the class (rhetoric), listened to a lecture, wrote a 2 page paper, left. I walked to the parking garage. Matt wasn't there yet but Jeff and Greg were. So i sat with them until matt came. we left. there was definetly rush hour traffic on top of a huge accident where a band bus caught fire and was completely burnt and gone.(no one was hurt!) So i got home a lot later than expected. But it was fine. So yeah. that was my first day of college. it was wierd. i didn't even feel like i was in school. I wasn't nervous about it at all either. I thought i would be a little. But i think it'll be a good semester and i want to do really well. I hope it won't be TOO much work because i want to have somewhat of a job during the school year. We'll see what happens.
Yay for camping this weekend! and yay for dragsterday! and yay for being able to stay at the hotel red bull is providing for us (2 rooms!) with Matt, Jeff, Jeff, and Jeff the night before dragster day!
