Brothers Ri AU Relationship

I was fairly sure the fic was on ao3, but I couldn't find it there. Anyway, when Dori was very little his mother met Nori and Ori's father. But the father was a douche and he talked her into giving Dori up (he didn't want to raise another Dwarf's kid). So Dori got sold into prostitution (at least that's where he ended up). Meanwhile, Nori and Ori grow to be brothers, and Nori takes his big brother role seriously. They are both forced to be thieves by their no-good sire, but Ori is slow and clumsy. For every time Ori messes up somehow, Nori is punished in his stead (I think he lost some fingers).

Fast forward many years, and Ori stumbles into a brothel and meets Dori. No sex happens because Ori is obviously underaged. And that's as far as I've read.

I'd really appreciate some help finding this fic. It seemed like such an interesting AU
