Bilbo/Thorin and sons travel to meet Frodo

Looking for a fic where Thorin, Bilbo, their 2 sons and various members of the company are traveling to meet/bring Frodo back to Erebor.

All I really remember is Bilbo and the younger son riding in the wagon while Thorin and the elder son are on horses. There is some disagreement between the brothers.

I want to say they meet up with Frodo at Beorn’s but I could be remembering incorrectly.

Any help would be most appreciated!
