So, I just got all of Supernatural seasons 1-3 on DVD (yay sale on Amazon!) and have been steadily rewatching them while browsing TV Tropes totally working.
Thing is, I only really got into this show at the end of season 2, beginning of season 3. By then, it was quite a different show to how it had been at the beginning - more focus on longer story arcs and, I think, more focus on entertainment rather than scariness. Which suited me fine.
But rewatching? The bit in Skin with the shapeshifter TEARING OFF HIS SKIN? And Bugs, with the GIANT FREAKING SWARM OF SPIDERS COMING OUT OF THE SHOWER???
I AM NOT SLEEPING TONIGHT.
