Week 2...

This term as been incredibly busy. I am taking 5 classes, which is really too many, but I can't really drop any of them. I never learn, do I? One would think I love having my life full of stress. Fortunately I am enjoying my classes this term. The only one I'm not really into is Spanish (no surprises) but at least its with Hunter, AND the last Spanish class I will ever have to take in my entire life. Shakespeare is amazing, Liz Eckhart is amazing. Right now we are reading Othello. She offers so many interesting in depth insights into the play. That is going to be one incredible class.
Ghosts is coming right along. Jen Ward is my soft Goods artisan, which I'm really excited about. I'm working on elevations so she can build my curtains. Budget is going to be tight. It doesn't help that Scott is being rather picky about some things. Oh well, I still feel really lucky to work with such an incredible director. The design presentation went really well last week, I think everyone is really excited about the show. I start 1st fittings today.
This last weekend I went to South Lake Tahoe for my cousin's Wedding. It felt like a waste of time, but my Mom really wanted me to go. I was really going to support her. I didn't realize Tahoe was so cold (It snowed!) but the highlight of the trip was sitting in the hot tub. And spending time with my family, although we had moments when we wanted to kill each other (to quote The Lion in Winter: "What family doesn't have it's problems?").

That's about it for now, I'll give a larger more in-depth update if I ever find the time.
Peace.
