The best gluten free biscuit/bun recipe I've found yet. So good! I've been noshing on them all week.

*Note - I used salted butter and only a pinch of sea salt and they turned out great.

I decided to make myself something different tonight. A baby spinach salad with kalamita olives, goddess dressing, sprinkled with small chunks of cheddar with caramelized onions. YUM!

Later I might reheat myself chicken curry leftovers. Yeah...... I think I will.

G and I went to a local church thrift store today and found a bit of a gem. This was a place that is only open Wednesdays from 10-4, so I'd always forgotten or missed the opportunity to check it out.
