police officers in thailand who commit offenses (like coming in late, or littering) are forced to wear a pink hello kitty armband as a form of punishment... apparently warnings aren't working, so lets try public humiliations...
i like new and fun ways to punish people, and i hate hello kitty (sorry clairebair...you know its true)... but is it really necessary to dig the gender lines even deeper. obviously all police officers are macho men who can't like anything pink or with hearts or with cats.
