Queen
I'm sorry that after such a long time I'm updating my journal with some very sad news. Today my cat Queen passed away. She had been sick for a while. Actually, she was diagnosed with leukemia and feline HIV almost a year ago. She was gradually getting worse until this Friday when my sister noticed that she was very weird. She wasn't eating, going to the bathroom and barely moving. So we took her to the vet where he told us there was very little he could do.
He told us that if we left her as she was she would enter a state of agony and go through lots of pain. We decided it would be best if we put her to sleep, and that's what we did. I know it was the right choice, but it was a really hard one to make. I've been crying a lot over the past two days and I haven't been doing my home works because I just feel so sad. This afternoon I was going to clean up her litter box, but I couldn't get anywhere near it. She's a lot better know. She's not suffering. I'm going to miss her so much.
