..in case you hadn't noticed, it's time for Secret Santa over at hlh_shortcuts again, so if you write Highlander and you haven't signed up yet, get your arse over there now! Hopefully it will be as successful as last years (when strangevisitor7 wrote me the awesome Take the Peanut from my Hand which kicked off our Watcher!Abby series.)

As both us mods have been away, you've all had extra time to write stories for the amnesty challenge. But June is now over,  and so I'm posting the closing reminder:

The Summer Amnesty will close at 12 midnight EST Monday 7th July 2008. Two new challenges will be posted after the old challenge closes.

There's still time to contribute, so get

We're halfway through June, and that means halfway through the amnesty!

You've still got two weeks to complete fics to answer any of our previous challenges. Don't forget, we've opened it up a bit so fic can be any length at all.

So take ten minutes to knock out a drabble, it'll be fun.
