I haven't been on DoN for years and don't really care about the place. But I was thinking about the recent DoN rant by Raivyn and it made me realize what I would be somewhat sad about should DoN cease to exist. It will be a bit depressing if all the various zones I created should vanish into nothingness. No more people running through them and having

Im very sorry hon. I am really sad about DoN dying out too. Seems I just got on staff there and boom... my mom got sick and I spent the 6 months taking care of her, and then the last 3 dealing with her death.

I kept thinking "now" I can go and do my duty on DoN and revive, but the few times I've logged in I've either been told -dont do that- or some other discouraging comments, so it's almost like I'm not wanted there. As far as the don't do that, it was running lots of quests, I got told I was doing them too often, but heck it was keeping the players interested and happy sort of... *sniff* Now I am pretty apathetic about logging in, isn't that awful? *hugs* I do appreciate all the work you put in over the years. Thanks for the sympathies. It's not all that big a deal and I'm sure it will go on in some form or another. After all, the basis of DoN was another mud that had been around for years before.

And it's also nice to see you out and about again as it were.
