Ghost, by slynn6776 is a Matt/Audrey story that takes place in a speculative future. It plays upon the possibilities created by Claire's situation at the end of the last episode aired.

Go read it. It's good.

I found a pretty good Heroes story set three years past the events of Fallout, the most recent episode. It's called Apocalypse and I've linked to the author's memories listing for the story because the individual chapters don't link to one another.
