I guess this event hasn't been too bad compared to others, more annoying really than anything else. Though I'm going to be glad when it's finally over. I like being in my own body.

I think I have this filter right. I don't believe we've talked before this, but Mandrake-san suggested that you would be the person to talk to on this topic. I'm part of the Protection Squad and he mentioned that you were working on a potential marketplace for the city and said that you might need help on making that happen. So if you do need help organizing that or getting public opinion on the matter, I'm free to give you a hand on that.
