So tell me if this makes sense:
My insurance package that I got from McDonald's states this when you open up the booklet to "Benefits at a glance"
For primary care office visits (Doctors charges, labs, and diagnostics are included in your copay): Copay: 20.00
ten pages back, we get to the page saying "Medical schedule of benefits"
Primary care doctors office visits: $20 copay per visit, then 100% of physicians charges, labs, and diagnostics.
....what???? Can you please give me one goddamned answer and not contradict yourself?
