“Yes, dear. Sometimes you get into a porn loop and just can’t get out.”
She hadn’t been back to the Winchesters in a few days. She hadn’t decided yet if that was a good or bad thing.
Though he was sure that Dean and Beth were grateful that she wasn’t bringing Randall home with her to do the things they were doing around Maddie, but-three days. She had brought a bag with her before she left work three days ago, she’d dropped it on the floor of Randall’s bedroom, and it hadn’t moved since. Again, not sure if it was a good or bad thing, and but-it was what happened. She wasn’t really sure what to do with it.
She hadn’t felt like sleeping quite yet-not to say that he hadn’t adequately worn her out, she just didn’t feel like sleeping. She was too busy thinking, and she was a bit too comfortable where she was to get up. His arm was resting comfortably against her waist as he slept, and she was trying to wonder how they got here so quickly. This wasn’t-usually her style. Usually she took her time with a guy, especially when she knew she could leave town at any moment, but here-she found herself being sucked in faster than she would have liked, and what was surprising her was that she was okay with that.
Randall was a good guy-a really good guy. He kind of snuck up on her and took her by surprise, but she was happy, and that wasn’t really something to knock. He made her laugh, she felt comfortable with him, and he was hot. The fact that he was hot definitely didn’t hurt. He also had a really big heart, and that was earning major brownie points.
However, she wasn’t quite sure how he’d take her life. That was always one of the major problems with her and guys-or girls, if the situation was like that-is that she was still in the hunter world. Wendigos came out of the back woods behind Mama’s house, the girl who was practically her sister was a psychic, her father figure was a werewolf and her mother figure was a shapeshifter. It wasn’t exactly something you can mention over dinner.
She didn’t want to scare him off. She really didn’t want to scare him off. She knew that it was bound to happen eventually, but for right now, she was willing to keep things right where she was-she was a whole lot happier that way.
She didn’t notice that he had woken up until she felt his hand moving against her side, pulling her closer against him as his lips started to trail up her neck. She grinned slightly, before closing her eyes and tilting her head back as she relaxed against him.
“You know, eventually we’re going to have to do something other than this.”
He grunted slightly in response, before moving over on top of her and leaning in to kiss her again. “Don’t have to do something else yet, though.”
She leaned into the kiss as he did, sliding her arms around his neck, pulling him in closer. “You do have a point.”
“Good,” he grinned, before leaning in closer to her again, and getting as close as possible. Yeah, there were quite a few ways that this could go wrong-but right now? She really wasn’t all that worried about that.
