Long time no update
These last few weeks have been crazy. I'm having a blast being here, but all of the sudden the complete realization that yes, I am taking 20 credits has kicked in. I had to do it, and I'm glad that I am, but it's just so time consuming. Keeps me on my toes I guess you could say.
Like I've said a hundred times this year, I want to be really involved. I want to prove myself....to myself that I am capable of a lot. Lets see, i'm going to mac. island with NUHE (hospitality club). Should be a lot of fun. We get a tour of the Grand Hotel, are staying there for one night, and get to go ballroom dancing. I'm so excited to be able to wear one of my formal dresses again. That's taking place October 2nd. The following weekend is auto show! Can't wait. Obviously haha. The following weekend I'm going to be modeling again for the fashion department at NU. I had so much fun doing it last year. That weekend I am also pleding for a Frasority..lol. For those of you who dont know, a co-ed fraternity. It's the business fraternity, and they get really involved with everything. Plus it looks really good on the resume, haha. It's going to be a busy year!!!
Oh an by the way, you guys should come up for the auto show (october 8-10th)!!! It's a well known auto show around the nation. It's pretty big.
I'm going home next weekend for my birthday party. I'm not exactly homesick, but I am missing my family. I didn't get to see them on my birthday so it'll be nice to be back for two days. Joyce and Leslie are coming home with me so it should be a fun weekend.
