Natural Doggy's Diary
I picked up a copy of Kotobuki Tarako's "Natural Doggy's Diary" from Kinokuniya the other day and it is a fun read. I love her stories so this one is no exception. The description on the back is this:
専門学校生の花咲椿は、３人兄弟の末っ子。時々長男・冬時の経営する動物病院で受付のバイトをしています。最 近、奥手の椿に気になる人が出現！それは、フレンチブルドッグの飼い主さんで高校生の妙典忠義くん。だけど、彼の気持ちは椿の兄・桜に傾いているみたい。 落ち込む椿を今度は忠義の兄・正義が口説き始めて・・・！？
Translation: Vocational school student, Hanasaki Tsubaki, is the youngest of three brothers. He often works part-time as a receptionist and admin at his eldest brother's, Tohji's, veterinary clinic. Recently, the shy, late-bloomer Tsubaki develops a crush on someone, and that is Myouden Tadayoshi, a senior high school student, and owner of a French Bluedog. However, he has his sights set on Tsubaki's older brother, Sakura, and then Tadayoshi's older brother, Masayoshi, begins to make a pass at the depressed Tsubaki...!?
I'm planning on translating this manga when I have time 'cause it's just so darling. The chapters are short enough for my sanity 'cause of my busy schedule and I'll feel like I'm making progress that way. Expect to see some scripts up soon -- I hope.
I have no means of scanlating -- sorry -- you'll all just need to buy a copy lol ^_^; but I can provide translations/summaries. Oh my god, it's just so cute. I can't wait for the second book to come out. I bought the first volume and the special side story book. The side story book is so lovely, it's all color. If you're a Kotobuki Tarako fan, this series will be enjoyable ^__^.
The Petit version takes excerpts from the first volume and it's all in color. In a way, it's like a fanbook as well and has character stats, etc. It's so beautiful. If you're a diehard Kotobuki fan, this is a must have ^__^ (Sorry the pics turned out so crappy though lol)
