It looks like the Toronto show is running into a possible con killer. It turns out that the weekend they chose for the show is the same weekend Toronto will host the G-20 Summit. Downtown Toronto is to be locked down, and it's been confirmed on the Twicon message board, that Twicon's reservation at the Metro Toronto Convention Center is canceled. That's not surprising, since the MTCC is to host the G-20.
Ok, your con is being held opposite a street riot (these big conferences like this always attract the anarchists) and your venue has just turned you out, and no word from the powers that be as to what is going to happen next.
