I've been noticing a lot of talk on the recent issue of Captain America about a group of protestors that look a lot like the Tea Party. The issuet of Right Wing pundits up in arms, and in the end Marvel Comics issued an apology about the issue. That resulted in a bunch of Left Wing pundits complaining about Marvel caving into their political strong arm tactics.
Meanwhile, the "Tea Bag" first printing of the book is sold out, and going up in price on eBay. The second printing will remove the offending remarks, and Marvel is getting loads of free publicity out of this deal.
Clearly, Marvel is quite bipartisan. They are happy to let everyone help sell their comics :)
